Verification Futures rolls out in Europe next month
Test and Verification Solutions will run the 2013 European series of its one-day Verification Futures conferences next month.
The first is in Munich, Germany on November 18. It will be followed by Reading, UK on November 19. Finally, it reaches Sophia-Antipolis, France on November 21. Registration is now open for each at the link above.
The series is proving increasingly popular as it attracts presentations from many of the major verification vendors. So, it is a very effective way to get an overview of the different roadmaps all in one place. And, of course, to quiz their representatives.
Participants in Verification Futures 2013 include Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, Cadence Design Systems, Jasper Design Automation, Doulos, OneSpin Solutions, Breker Verification Systems, Aldec and Real Intent.
The programme also puts a solid emphasis on user presentations. For example, Infineon Technologies will be one of the companies speaking in Munich and Reading. Reading will also see Broadcom and Ericsson discuss ‘Our top verification challenges’. Sophia-Antipolis will have input on the same theme from STMicroelectronics and Samsung.
All three events are free to attend, so not surprisingly have previously become fully-booked very quickly.
As a useful archive resource, TVS also makes available slides and presentation recordings from the earlier Verification Futures conferences in 2011 and 2012.
Users that have previously presented at the series include verification specialists from Freescale Semiconductor, nVidia and Texas Instruments, as well as those returning this year. More presentations are being added for the 2013 series all the time.
Each conference runs from 8.30am until 6pm including lunch and an end-of-day networking session.
The venues are:
Munich: Holiday Inn (City Centre)
Reading: Royal Berkshire Conference Centre, Madejski Stadium
Sophia-Antipolis: Hotel Mercure
