DAC 2017 preview: Uniquify
Uniquify will be looking to bring ‘peace of mind’ to the 2017 Design Automation Conference (DAC 2017) at the Austin Convention Center later this month.
Visitors to its booth (#521) in DAC 2017’s World of IoT pavillion will be able to consult with the Uniquify IP Guru, a DDR memory system design expert. He will answer questions from SoC and memory interface designers about lowering power and achieving better performance, area and reliability in memory subsystem design.
Particular ‘enlightenment’ will be available around topics such as adaptive self-calibrating logic (SCL) and adaptive bit-calibration (ABC) circuitry, techniques that automatically adjust timing windows to compensate for static and dynamic variation.
The company recently launched memory interface IP capable of delivering up to 3200Mbps per pin for mobile LPDDR4 DRAM. It offers multi-GHz performance at the 28nm low-power process node on a highly optimized footprint. The flexible configuration supports other DDR combinations such as DDR3/4 as well as LPDDR2/3.
Uniquify is also one of the sponsors for this year’s Stars of IP party on Tuesday (June 20) during DAC 2017. More details – and a limited number of tickets – are available at its stand.
