EMA spins off IP, content and services activities

Value added reseller and design flow consultancy EMA Design Automation is to spin-off its IP, content and services operations into a new company, Accelerated Designs.

Like EMA, the company is expected to offer agnostic solutions in the Americas, India and UK but will also have a global reach.

“Accelerated Designs will provide design automation, system integration, and content services to the full ECAD and MCAD community, with a focus on CAD agnostic solutions that drive methodology, time-to-market, and efficiency improvements at all phases of design,” a company statement said. “The already CAD agnostic Ultra Librarian brand will also become part of the Accelerated Designs portfolio.”

A full launch of the new company will take place soon. However existing and potential clients can already request more information via an email address: adinfoATacceleratedDASHdesignsDOTcom.
