The ESD Alliance, a SEMI Technology Community and the lead association for electronic systems design, will host a panel and reception at the collocated SEMICON West and Design Automation Conference (DAC) events in San Francisco next week.
The Alliance is sponsoring a panel on ‘Supply Chain Verification: Critical Enabler for Next-Gen MedTech Innovations’ on the SEMICON West Smart MedTech Meet the Experts stage. The stage can be found in Moscone Center South Hall, Room 2. The panel takes place on Tuesday, July 12, from 11:35 a.m. until 12:25 p.m.
Its abstract says, “Chip design verification is more important than ever due to more use cases, applications and extended lifecycles and the need for functional verification to run through the entire electronic product design manufacturing supply chain.
“A panel of experts will address verification challenges and opportunities that impact the entire electronic product design and manufacturing supply chain. They will identify where verification can be improved to support the growing open-source movement, new chip applications and the impact on manufacturing and packaging.”
The panel will be moderated by Lucio Lanza, managing partner of Lanza techVentures, Panelists include Mike Chin, Principal Software Engineer at Intel; Lu Dai, Senior Director of Engineering from Qualcomm and Chairman of Accellera; Dave Kelf, CEO at Breker Verification Systems; and Jan Vardaman, President of TechSearch International.
The ESD Alliance will also host a reception on Wednesday, July 13 from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Moscone Center South on the North Terrace on Level 2. A SEMICON West or DAC badge is required for entry.
SEMICON West 2022 Hybrid will be held July 12-14 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. DAC 2022 takes place at the Moscone West conference center in San Francisco. It is collocated with SEMICON West. The DAC conference runs July 10-14 and the exhibition from July 11-13. Please note the separate but nearby venues.
