DAC 2014 offers free exhibit entry for three days

The 51st Design Automation Conference, to be held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco in early June, is offering free exhibit floor entry for the three days that the exhibition is open thanks to sponsorship from Atrenta, Cadence Design Systems, and Jasper Design Automation for the sixth annual “I ❤ DAC” campaign.

The exhibition floor will be open from Monday 2 June 2014 to Wednesday 4 June 2014 and the free pass also provides entry to the five keynotes, the DAC Pavilion, and networking events each evening from 6pm to 7pm.

A feature of this years exhibition is the ARM Connected Community Pavilion, which will feature some 15 partners. Also new to the exhibit floor at the 51st DAC is the Automotive Village.

The DAC Pavilion will offer a mix of panels, presentations, and interviews, including: the annual “What’s Hot at DAC” given by Gary Smith of Gary Smith EDA on Monday morning; and a fireside chat with Mentor Graphics CEO Wally Rhines and James Buczkowski, Henry Ford technical fellow at Ford Motor Company.

Attendees wearing an I ❤ DAC button from either this year or previous years are eligible to win a DJI Phantom Drone with GoPRO camera. Attendees who are randomly spotted wearing an I ❤ DAC button will be entered into the drawing. The winner will be announced at the DAC Pavilion on Wednesday, June 4 at 4:45pm.
